We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join one of the fastest growing ad tech companies in the mobile field.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
  • Preparing job descriptions, vacancy posting;
  • Screening candidates;
  • Performing interviews with candidates;
  • Performing reference and background checks;
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers;
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers;
  • Following up on the interview process status;
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, labour laws regarding employment practices;
  • Serving as a liaison within company departments on recruiting needs;
  • Completing timely reports on recruiting activity;
  • Updating company career page;
  • Developing and automation of the recruiting process;
  • Preparing of the job offers, answering queries about company and vacancies;
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs;
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
  • Ensure continuous flow of the candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR/Recruiter in IT industry;
  • Experience with sourcing techniques;
  • Understanding of referral programs;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced Russian;
  • Knowledge of the international labour law (CIS, USA, EU).
