Head of Creatives at Stack

  • Ensure producing of high-performing ad creatives;
  • Monitor and analize campaign results, optimize key metrics;
  • Optimize creatives, achieve and maintain their high performance;
  • Research and analyze competitor creatives;
  • Work closely with other team members to execute coordinated strategic campaigns;
  • Negotiating contracts specifications and terms with clients or other external parties;
  • Manage continuous and consistent  creative A/B testing optimization.


  • 2 year of experience in teams management;
  • Knowledge of the advertising market;
  • Experience working with vendors (selection and control);
  • Experience managing budgets;
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and quest for excellence;
  • Able to juggle many different projects in various degrees of completion at the same time;
  • Able to work independently and as a team;
  • Understanding of human resources and personnel management;
  • Ability to plan personal workload effectively, excellent time management skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Understanding of the current mobile user acquisition trends, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution;
  • Knowledge of creative instruments;
  • Ability to make data-driven creative production plan.
